With roots in Tainan and a current base in Hong Kong, William Tsao, Founder & Creative Director of Third Paragraph, brings a unique perspective shaped by the fusion of these two distinct cultures.
William’s primary focus is on publication design, leveraging his expertise in paper and print techniques to craft designs that are both subtle and powerful, imbued with a poetic aesthetic.
Recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the Hong Kong Young Design Talent Award, British D&AD Awards, Tokyo Type Directors Club Awards, New York ADC Awards, and Taiwan Golden Pin Awards. His work has been featured in a variety of publications, such as Yahoo, Counter-Print, LaVie, Victionary, Pentawards and Sandu Publishing, and he has been interviewed by Hong Kong Economic Times (HKET) and HK01.
William has also been invited to share his practice as a guest speaker at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), PMQ, WMA, and HART.
